TLC Christmas Experience proudly serves families, schools, businesses, organizations, and communities throughout Northeast Ohio. Santa Denver and Mrs. Tabby Claus are based in Niles, Ohio, and regularly serve Niles, Warren, Youngstown, Boardman, Cortland, Austintown, Liberty, Poland, Canfield, Twinsburg, Mantua, Ravenna, Newton Falls, Green Township, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 15 miles from our Niles workshop.
🎄 What types of Santa visits do you offer?
We offer a variety of professional Santa experiences, including personalized home visits, sensory-friendly home visits, sensory-friendly community events, school and library visits, corporate and business events, community celebrations, photo shoots, festivals, tree lightings, parades, senior centers, nursing homes, retail appearances, breakfasts and brunches, and virtual Santa calls.
🏠 What happens during a Santa home visit?
Every home visit is personalized to your family or group. A typical visit may include Santa’s festive arrival, a warm meet-and-greet, individual photos, holiday storytelling or a reading of book, Christmas wishes, gift-giving with your pre-selected gifts, a group photo, and a cheerful farewell. Visits are designed to create meaningful Christmas memories for the entire family.
🕑 How long does a Home Visit last?
Every one of Santa’s visits is specially crafted just for your family, like a hand-carved toy fresh from my workshop! For smaller gatherings (with six or fewer little ones), our time together usually lasts around 30 minutes, while larger groups may need up to full hour or more of festive fun. Of course, the magic doesn’t run on a clock—sometimes I may finish a bit early, or stay a touch longer, depending on how the jingle bells are ringing that day!
❤️ What is a sensory-friendly Santa visit?
A sensory-friendly Santa visit is designed to provide a more comfortable and individualized Christmas experience for children and adults who may benefit from a quieter, more flexible approach to meeting Santa.
We understand that not everyone experiences the excitement of Christmas in the same way. Our goal is to reduce unnecessary sensory stimulation, allow guests to interact with Santa at their own pace, and create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable, respected, welcomed, and included.
🧩 Who can benefit from a sensory-friendly Santa visit?
Sensory-friendly visits may be a wonderful option for children or adults with sensory sensitivities, autism, developmental disabilities, anxiety around unfamiliar people or environments, or anyone who simply feels more comfortable with a quieter and less overwhelming Santa experience.
No diagnosis is required. If you think a more individualized approach would make your Santa experience more comfortable, we’re happy to work with your family.
🤝 Can Santa accommodate children who don’t want to sit on his lap?
Absolutely. There is no requirement to sit on Santa’s lap. Guests can interact with Santa in whatever way feels comfortable for them—including standing nearby, waving, talking, looking at Santa from a distance, participating in an activity, or simply observing.
Our goal is to create a positive Christmas experience, not to force an interaction.
🎁 Can I provide gifts for Santa to give my children?
Yes. During a home visit, families can have pre-selected gifts ready for Santa to distribute. Santa can call each child by name, listen to their Christmas wishes, and present their gift as part of the experience.
🏫 Do you offer Santa visits to schools and special education programs?
Yes. TLC Christmas Experience offers professional Santa visits for elementary schools, preschools, special education programs, inclusive classrooms, school assemblies, classroom Christmas parties, winter celebrations, and other educational programs.
Visits can include holiday stories, greetings, photo opportunities, interactive activities, and personalized shout-outs. We understand that every classroom is different and strive to make Santa’s visit welcoming and enjoyable for students of all ages and abilities.

Yes. We offer sensory-friendly experiences beyond the home, including opportunities for schools, organizations, and community programs to create a more inclusive Santa experience.
Our experience working with special education programs and individuals with sensory needs helps us understand the importance of flexibility, patience, and meeting each guest where they are.

Yes. Christmas magic is for everyone. TLC Christmas Experience is available for organizations, residential programs, senior centers, and other settings serving children and adults with disabilities or special needs.
Our goal is always to create a respectful, inclusive, and joyful experience tailored to the people we are visiting.
💰 How much does a Santa home visit cost?
For the 2026 season, home visits begin at $125 for the first 30 minutes, with each additional 30 minutes priced at $75.
The length of a visit is personalized to the size of your gathering. TLC recommends additional time for larger groups so Santa has enough time to interact meaningfully with everyone.
🚗 Is there a travel fee?
Travel fees may apply when your home or event is more than 15 miles from our Niles, Ohio workshop. The current travel rate is $2.00 per mile for mileage beyond the first 15 miles each way, calculated as part of your personalized quote.
🎄 Do you offer Santa visits on Christmas Eve?
Yes. Christmas Eve visits are available from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with special Christmas Eve pricing. TLC also offers a limited Christmas Eve Sneak-a-Peek experience in Trumbull County from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Availability is limited, so early booking is recommended.
📸 Do you offer professional Santa photography sessions?
Yes. TLC Christmas Experience offers professional Santa photography sessions. The current 2026 rates are $150 per hour for sessions booked before Thanksgiving and $200 per hour for sessions after Thanksgiving.
🏢 Do you offer Santa for corporate parties and businesses?
Yes. Santa Denver and Mrs. Tabby Claus are available for corporate holiday parties, retail locations, community events, and other business functions. The current corporate, business, and retail rate is $200 per hour.
📅 How far in advance should I book Santa?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, Christmas Eve, sensory-friendly visits, school events, and other high-demand dates. Santa Denver and Mrs. Tabby Claus have a limited holiday schedule, and availability is based on the date, time, location, and type of event.
💳 Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
When applicable, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date. The retainer is due within three business days of receiving the Engagement Contract.
🎅 Do Santa Denver and Mrs. Tabby Claus visit together?
Whenever the booking and schedule allow, Santa Denver and Mrs. Tabby Claus can bring the complete TLC Christmas Experience together. Mrs. Tabby Claus has a limited schedule, so her availability should be confirmed when requesting your quote.
