2025 Rates

Home Visits 

  • $125 for the first half hour (30 minutes) *

  • $75 for each additional half-hour (For gatherings with more than 12 children, we recommend booking at least 1.5 hours for a truly magical experience.)

  • Mrs. Tabby Claus has a limited Schedule

  • Travel Rates May Apply (see below)

*Every one of Santa’s visits is specially crafted just for your family, like a hand-carved toy fresh from my workshop! For smaller gatherings (with six or fewer little ones), our time together usually lasts around 30 minutes, while larger groups may enjoy a full hour or more of festive fun. Of course, the magic doesn’t run on a clock—sometimes I may finish a bit early, or stay a touch longer, depending on how the jingle bells are ringing that day!

 

My goal is simple: to create heartwarming, magical memories for both the young and the young at heart. I’ll arrive with a grand entrance full of cheer, and when it’s time to go, I’ll leave you smiling and already wishing for next year’s visit.

Corporate/Business/Retail Visits

  • $200 per hour

Christmas Eve (From 12-7pm)

  • $250.00 for the first half-hour

  • $200.00 for each additional half-hour

Christmas Eve Sneak-a-peak (From 8pm-11pm)                             ONLY available in Trumbull County ​

Professional Photographer Sessions 

  • $150 per hour when booking before Thanksgiving sessions

  • $200 per hour for after Thanksgiving sessions

Travel Rates

 

Mrs. Claus and I keep our Workshop & Bakery nestled right in Niles, Ohio, where the cookies are always warm and the toys are always being tinkered with!

Now, if your home or event is a bit farther out—more than 15 miles from our cozy corner of the world—a small travel fee of $1.50 per mile helps cover the sleigh fuel (reindeer snacks don’t come cheap these days!).

​

Don’t worry—I’ll include that in your personalized quote so there are no surprises. For example, if my round-trip journey is 50 miles, the first 30 miles are on me—courtesy of the North Pole. The remaining 20 miles would be billed at $1.50 per mile, which comes out to $30.

All appearances are subject to Santa Denver’s availability and guided by his core values of kindness, integrity, and community spirit. Each season, Santa Denver devotes up to 50% of his visits to pro bono or community-based events, ensuring the joy of Christmas reaches every heart.
